Hello all. I recently obtained a Kombucha mushroom from a dear friend to test out. She has been making Kombuca tea since the 90s and swears by it for optimal health. A little information I gathered about is that it has been around for more than 2,000 years and contains important probiotics needed for a healthy gut.
The process of fermentation is quite simple and there are many youtube videos that explain the process very well.
What are your thoughts on the Kombucha? I personally like the taste and my husband usually drinks it all before my new batch is ready.
